2025 hoopgurlz is an organization founded in 2021 by Tiara Tucker that aims to empower young female basketball players of color through the power of mentorship, entrepreneurship, and personal development.
The organization provides its members with access to mentorship from successful women in the sports industry, as well as opportunities to develop their entrepreneurial and leadership skills. 2025 hoopgurlz also hosts an annual conference that brings together young female basketball players, coaches, and mentors from across the country.
