Hogs for the Cause is a non-profit organization dedicated to raising funds for scholarships and research for children’s brain cancer. The organization was founded in 2008 by Paul and Amy Kahan after their son, Sam, was diagnosed with a brain tumor. Since its inception, Hogs for the Cause has raised over $20 million for its mission.
The organization’s signature event is an annual charity motorcycle ride that takes place in Washington, D.C. The ride attracts thousands of participants each year and has become one of the largest charity motorcycle rides in the country. In addition to the motorcycle ride, Hogs for the Cause also hosts other fundraising events throughout the year, such as golf tournaments, concerts, and dinners.
