The Florida Flywheelers are a professional ultimate frisbee team based in Orlando, Florida. The team was founded in 2020 and began play in the American Ultimate Disc League (AUDL) in 2021. The Flywheelers’ home games are played at the Exploria Stadium in downtown Orlando. The team’s 2025 schedule has not yet been released, but it is expected to be announced in late 2024.
The AUDL is the premier professional ultimate frisbee league in the world. The league consists of 25 teams across the United States and Canada. The Flywheelers are one of the most successful teams in the AUDL, having won the championship in 2022. The team is led by several All-Stars, including MVP Ben Jagt and Defensive Player of the Year Jimmy Mickle. The Flywheelers are expected to be a contender for the championship again in 2025.
