ASBRS 2025, an acronym for the Asia-Pacific Biosafety and Biosecurity Regulatory Society, is an international, non-profit organization established to promote biosafety and biosecurity in the Asia-Pacific region. Founded in 2007, ASBRS has a membership of over 300 professionals from 20 countries.
The society’s mission is to enhance biosafety and biosecurity capacity in the Asia-Pacific region. ASBRS achieves this by providing training, promoting research, and facilitating networking among professionals in the field. The society also works closely with governments and international organizations to develop and implement biosafety and biosecurity policies.
